Preview’s partners have monitored and participated in the development of ANSI A117.1 standards and jurisdictional accessibility regulations since the mid-1980’s, and the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) since its enactment in 1991. Preview’s team members have long-term personal and professional experience with the evolution of accessibility requirements and their application to new and existing building designs. This exceptional understanding of the barriers to access allows the firm to prepare facility reviews that take into account federal and local regulations necessary for compliance.
